Director and founder of, It's A Learning Curve, Andrew Long, is an International Learning & Development specialist with deep Yorkshire roots. He has strong leadership & communication skills, learned and honed through a varied career, which saw him manage a variety of teams (commercial, specialist & virtual) in the UK and overseas. He works at all levels within organizations to help improve business effectiveness, and is able to work with clients in a one-to-one or in group capacity. As a skilled people manager, Andrew approaches issues from the line managers’ perspective and is thus able to empathise & communicate clearly with clients & delegates alike.
